I enjoy developing and making things using the tools of statistics and programming. I believe research is only as valuable as how well you are able to communicate it.

The purpose of this blog is to practice my HTML presentation of data. As a result, most posts are not text heavy but are chart heavy. Python and R pages have their own, similar but somewhat distinct, automated templates. Meanwhile, the Javascript pages are individually created.

Yes, most pages utilize a dark theme. As someone with poor eyesight and sits in front of computers when not spending time with children, the dark theme eases my eyestrain. I recommend everyone try using dark themes when possible and say goodbye to your migraines. Still not convinced? Non-analysis pages have a dark-mode/light-mode toggle, for those that want to strain their eyes.

This blog exists because of Dr. Nima Zahadat, who taught me data visualization beyond Python's matplotlib and R's ggplot. Dr. Zahadat is a professor of data science, information systems security, and digital forensics.
